"Yes, as Dustclaw said you do have to defend the clan. Internal disputes are more of a Clan Leader, Deputy thing, but as the clanmate, apprentice, warrior, queen, elder, or kit, to see that the right of the clan is done."

Beekit grinned. Well, that was nice to know, something for him to go on when he became an apprentice. Tansykit was already excited, figiting in his seat.

"Fox, eh?" Rosekit mewed before circling Dustclaw, looking him over. He walked around him, under him, and even over him. He could make inspection like that being a StarClan cat, invisable to the other cats around him, those except for Beekit. Dustclaw checked out alright, he guess, though, it wasn't his job to inspect every cat he comes across.

Leopardpaw padded to Dustclaw. "Dustclaw?", he mewed. "Would you come with me hunting? Since I've got no mentor yet I don't think I'm supposed to run out freely..."

"Hmm, sure Leopardpaw." he meowed "I could show u some of my unique hunting techniques, even their their a little advanced."

Foxkit bounced excitedly. "Can I come,can I come?"she demanded.

"Nah,i don't like you..." he meowed "I'm joking, of course you can come."

Cloudfrost glared at him and then looked back down at Foxkit. "You can go when your an apprentice."he mewed,ignoring the firey feel of Foxkit's hot blue eyes burning his pelt.

DustClaw heard what Cloudfrost said "I only mant for her to watch!" he meowed startled.

Cloudfrost lifted his muzzle,and murmured in Dustclaw's ear,"What if she loses control in the forest? She could hurt someone,or hurt herself."

"I can handle it" he meowed softly "TreePaw pinned her down and he's half my size"

"Treepaw didn't have to dodge trees and briars."Cloudfrost hissed,his claws working the ground. "Just wait a minute. Blind cat needs to think."

"ust because she has a problem doesn't mean she needs to learn any less than others" he meowed "But fine, u make some distraction to make her lave, because i can't do it."

"I'm not saying that."Cloudfrost murmured. "I'm saying she could kill you if you let your guard down. Like with her parents." Only a handful of cats in the Clan knew about Foxkit's 'accident'.

Foxkit stopped jumping around the two warriors,her eyes wide. "What? What's wrong with me?"she demanded,still not knowing about her parents. She hadn't heard Cloudfrost's coment. "It's nothing."Cloudfrost assured her,flashing a glance at Dustclaw.

"I wouldn't advise Foxkit going out there simple because she's a kit and isn't supposed to be leaving the camp. And if we take her we have to take all of them."

Tansykit shrugged. Hey, if Foxkit got to leave and watch warriors hunt he'd want to do it too. Why should she get to have all the fun?

"Exactly."Cloudfrost agreed.

"Sorry kits, none of you can come" DustClaw meowed There's one thing I never understood, why did this happen anyway? Why FoxKit? Does this mean she's going to live her whole life like this, and does StarClan know about this,let it happen, or even CAUSE it? DustClaw thought to himslef until he relized he was staring blanky into the sky. "Anyway let's go Leopardpaw" he meowed quickly flicking his tail toward a good place to start hunting.

Foxkit's face fell. "I'll definately come as an apprentice."she declared,her eyes gleaming.

"Of course you will Foxkit." DustClaw meowed. "But we have to wait for now Ok?
