Foxpaw's BORED! *Spazzes*

Foxpaw sat out in the main clearing, her ginger fur muddy. So... bored... Kestrelpaw had been taken out to train by Griffonshade. So she was left here. In the camp. Asleep because she'd had to go on dawn patrol. Unfortunately, she didn't think she'd ever go again. Mainly because she'd been so excited that she'd practically scared away all the prey by bouncing around and talking too loudly. Now she was bored. Lazily she licked her chest fur, hoping to make it seem more clean and tidy.

Was there a reason why clanlife was so boring? Or was it just him? Kestrelpaw wandered into camp, not paying attnetion on where he was going or who he might run into. His body glided mechanically. He seemed to be heading towards the Apprentice's Den, but he also seemed like he was headed into a wall. He just walked, thinking in his head how much more exciting everything could be.

She just happened to look over, still bored. Her blue gaze landed on Kestrelpaw. What was he doing back in camp? She wouldn't stop training even if StarClan themselves came and told her to stop! "Hey!" she called, bouncing to her paws.

Kestrelpaw snapped to attention. Who...? Oh. Foxpaw. It was oddcalling her that... Foxpaw. His eyes narrowed, clearly angry. What did she want anyways? "What?" He practicaly snarled at her. He wasn't too happy with her. At all.

Foxpaw jumped back, her eyes wide. "Jeez! What was that for?! I didn't do anything!" she snapped back. Great StarClan! She and Kestrelpaw had used to be best friends! Well... he was tied for best friends with Tansypaw and Beepaw. But still! To snap at her like that? They were training together. Shouldn't that mean he was happy? Or did he not like her anymore?

"Of course you don't know," he growled, "you wouldn't care to remember." His anger seethed more. Stupid stupid cat! Why couldn't she fall in the river and rid them of her?! Why not! What harm would it do to the clan? None as far as he was concerned.

Foxpaw narrowed her eyes. What did I do?! "Well since I don't remember would you please tell me what I did wrong?" she asked through her teeth.

"You attacked me like some crazed badger, that's what!" He snarled. at her. He lifted himself up so she could clearly see the scarish markings on his stomach. "Remember those?" He went back down on his feet. THe medicine cat said the scars wouldn't last since he was still young, they'd fade or soemthing. He didn't believe it. On top of all this, Foxpaw was totally mooching his mentor. Why could she just get her own? Not like he was anything to keep.

Foxpaw's eyes widened. "I-I didn't do that!" she yelped, sounding confused. No. She remembered nothing. Nothing of the sort of attacking Kestrelpaw! So why did he have scars in his stomach?! "I swear!"

"So it was just another Foxpaw I saw then, huh?" He snapped back. "Of course. You must have a twin with the exact same name as you. You wouldn't ever do a thing wrong." She was just the greatest apprentice accoring to Griffinshade. Never quitting and so and so. It inraged him! It made him want to rip them both into pieces.

"I swear I didn't!" Foxpaw said, looking hurt and bewildered. Of course... there was the one instance where she'd blacked out during a training session. But she couldn't have hurt Kestrelpaw that badly! "Whatever I did I'm sorry!" Now her voice held a hint of anger. Why was he being so mean? All she did was say "Hi!" for StarClan's sake!

"Yeah, you're sorry. Why didn't you say that when I was stuck in the medicine den for two days!? Or when I had to where loads of cobwebs and other herbs, huh? Or would it just be better to wait until I said something. Why do I have to say something!?" Kestrelpaw dug his claws in the ground, thoughts that could be considered evil toward Foxpaw went through his mind. Why couldn't he hurt her just the same?

"What's wrong with you?! I didn't do anything!" she yelled, anger pulsing through her blood. She had to leave to go to war in like... a day. She didn't want to leave and come back with a friend who hated her! If she even came back at all. Foxpaw felt a twinge of fear. What if she died in battle and Kestrelpaw hated her? Then she shook her head slightly. No. She'd promised Tansypaw he'd be her deputy. She was gonna hold to that promise, no matter what!

"Jeez! I thought we were friends!"

"We were friends," he snarled, "And now you're a cat I'm forced to work with. Why could you have gone with Cloudfrost or something. That blind cat could find a way to waste time with you." His fur bristled. It seemed like he was angry every second this day. Couldn't he have a time of peace? It almost made him want to be a kit again.

Foxpaw took a step back, her eyes wide. D-did he say we weren't friends anymore? Her ears drooped with sadness but she yelled back, "Fine then! I don't want to be friends with a cat who blames me for things I didn't do!" Then she turned and went to sit on the edge of camp, fuming with anger.

Kestrelpaw grunted. Sure. He turned the other direction, no interest in going in that direction anymore. If he got any closer, he probably wouldn't be able to control his own anger. He'd probably just lose it and go biserk. He had to learn to control it or embrace it.

Foxpaw growled and looked over at Kestrelpaw, no, she glared at him. "Who needs him anyways?! I've got Tansypaw and Beepaw and Wolfpaw!"

Griffinshade trotted back into camp, the relentless rain irritated him, but it didn't make his usual bad attitute any worse. He padded up to the two cats, not caring about their argument. "Training. Now." he meowed to both of them, sending wary glances to each of them.

He didn't plan on leaving though. No, he was going to train in camp today.

"No." Kestrelpaw growled. He wasn't going to do it. Not with her and not with him. He walked over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed something for himself, showing that he was firm on this decision. They could train if they wanted to, but he wasn't going to participate. Not at all.

Foxpaw jumped to her paws. "Great!" she mewed enthusiastically, completely ignoring Kestrelpaw. If he wanted to act like there was a tick implanted in his brain, then that was fine with her. But she felt a small twinge of anger and sadness as he stalked away. "Bet I'll beat you!" she challenged Griffonshade, smiling widely to hide her emotions. Which were waaaaaaay too nosy, if you asked her.
