Nee, people who think that they can draw for banners... Banners are most-always made by photo manipulations, not drawing. Those who draw them are uber good at computer drawing. Also, I like the idea of a competiion. :3

It's now over used... I've seen it a kajillion times, mainly on Google Image, fo different sites.
