Return of Moon

Nightjaw sniffed the air. He remembered that scent and sat down to wait. He saw his father come out of the bushes. They touched noses and the other cat sat. "I don't know what to do father!" He wailed. "I can't leave them, these are hard times and they will need every warrior they can get! I can't leave them." Moon looked up, an idea had sprung into his mind.
"You can teach me. And your brother. We can fight Badger then you can stay here." He was grinning.
"What about Leaf?" At the mention of his sister, Nightjaw watched Moon's ears droop.
"Badger killed her. A few suns ago we were all gone and he killed her for no reason." he lowered his head. "I am sorry Night." In his sadness Nightjaw forgot to correct him, and began to mroun silently. "So Night? Shall we do this?" Nightjaw's sadness turned to anger and he nodded. This was going to turn out bad.
