Stealthclaw's appearance (CLOSED)

A black cat slips out of the underbrush, limping slightly, and scents the air, looking for both prey and cat. Smiling as he scents something, he limps around in a circle, trying to determine which direction it is coming from.

A long furred tabby tom stalked through the undergrowth,his blue eyes sparkling,and yet hollow. The ShadowClan tom lifted his nose to the air,scenting something strange. "Hello?"he called roughly.

Stealthclaw smiles and his voice cracks slightly as he begins to speak. "Hello," he purred and scented the air again. "You are a ShadowClan warrior, I take it?" He sniffs again, confirming the ShadowClan scent.

Cloudfrost stiffened,focusing his eyes on the other tom. Darkness clouded his thoughts,and he snarled,"Who are you and why are you in our territory?"

Stealthclaw's eyes gleam. "I am Stealthclaw. I'm only here looking for a temporary home. I never stole any prey, nor do I intend to." He smiles.

Cloudfrost hissed in rage. "I take it you noticed I was blind?"

Stealthclaw looks at the other tom, seeing the blindness in his eyes. He purrs, "No, I didn't until you said that. But I will not harm you, or your clan, or any prey on this territory."

Cloudfrost's eyes narrowed. "You think I care about you're harming me? I care about your staying in ShadowClan. You say you wont take prey,but how can you not,if you live here?"

"I have my own stash of prey, hidden on the outside fringes of this territory. All taken from outside the Clans." he said. "Once I am recovered from a recent battle, I will leave and only return if no other area is hospitible to me."

"Fine."Cloudfrost snapped. "I'll give you five sunrises. If you aren't gone by then,I'll make you leave."

Stealthclaw purrs, "Very well." He sighs, "I do need to ask though. Were you born without sight, or did you lose your sight in some other way?"

"I was born blind. I almost became a medicine cat,but I told them I'd find my own way to fight."Cloudfrost admitted,letting his guard down slightly. "My name is Cloudfrost,by the way."

Stealthclaw smiles. "Cloudfrost... Cloudy eyes with no sight, and as cold as the snow around the Snowstone when meeting a potential threat... Fitting." he said.

"Glad to see that you've taken a likeing to my name."Cloudfrost said coldly,a bitter tone in his voice. "If I find you with ShadowClan prey,I'll kill you."

Stealthclaw nods, "That is acceptable." He looks at a tree and leaps into it, causing some leaves to crunch on the ground. "I will not touch any prey here."

"Good."Cloudfrost hissed. "I won't tell my Clan you're here." With that,he stalked away,his tail twitching with irritation. He moved through the trees with ease,not needing a guide.

Stealthclaw calls, "Meet me here if you need any help, be it fighting or for diplomatic reasons."

Cloudfrost ignored him,casting a glare at him over his shoulder.

SO SHORT

Stealthclaw smiles as he looks at the moon and falls asleep, hidden by his black fur.

I'm sick today and my mom won't let me on the dang PC... this is all I get to say today...


EDIT on November 23: This thread is pretty much closed. We'll say Stealthclaw moved on to other territory, or to the main camp. I'm not sure which.
