The Most Serious Questions Have the Most Devastating Answers

Littlestar padded into his den, followed by Shadefall, Ferretflight, and Blacksnow, or so he assumed, since he called them here. The den was dimly illuminated by the sun, and the orange rock that spread over the whole cave darkened and now looked almost brown.

The matter of the day, figure out just, what was going on in his clan. He was hunting, getting anything he could for his clan. Alas, he only came back with a simple, scrawny little bird, but what it was was what it was. To his surprise, he came into his clan and saw three new cats near the entrance, looking suckly and wet. He would have stopped in his tracks, thinking it was some kind of rouge attack; the angered looks of his clanmates made him think rightly so, but, quickly, he saw that it was, in fact, just something had irritated, since they seemed to show no ill feelings towards the three cats. What made them angry? He knew not what, he just knew simply, that they were.

Now he had gathered the cats who had found her, as well as the deputy, to discuss this. He wanted, needed to know just ecactly happen to find his verdict. He seemed to already have a decision on these cats: Wait five days to see if they are better of worse. For better? They stay till they're healthy, and then leave. For worse? They leave immdediately, before they infect the clan. Ah, but you can't turn away kits in need, can you? According to the warrior code, no, but they had their mother, and he was sure they were doing fine before whatever happened to them, but still, they were kits.

Everything was so hard it seemed, but that was just the perk of being the leader.

Littlestar stopped and turned towards the cats. "So, tell me," he started, "what happened, exactly?"

OOC:SHADEFALL

The black tom stopped in the leader's den, eyes sparkling. "I was out hunting with Ferretflight and we heard something. We went to look and there they were. We couldn't let them die out there, so we brought them back here."he said simply, twitching his tail.

OOC: WHATEVER!

Littlestar twitched his tail. "So, you just looked and they were there? As sick as they were when I first saw them?" He sighed. He didn't know what he was going to do with these cats, not at all.

Muse... gone. *twitch*

Ferretflight spoke up, a little downed by the fact that the cats were dying. "Like Shadefall said, we heard them. When we found them, the one kit was on the ice, her pelt was soaking through and she was starting to shake horribly. Then we helped them back to camp, like he said." she nodded to Shadefall.
