Walking away from the Warrior Code (NARU MAINLY... Ok... OWLKIT TOO...)

With a loud snarl of fury,Cloudfrost leaped on the badger's back,his sightless eyes gleaming. The badger roared angrily,but couldn't get at him from his position on it's back. He dug his claws in deep and bit down hard on it's neck.

Lunarshine followed her Clanmate,her eyes shining with rage. "Get away,"she spat at the badger,raking her claws over it's eyes.

Sasuke let himself fall to the ground, Badger Blood dripping from his silver-gray maw. "Shadowclan..." He muttered, stalking over to Naruto. "Oi, Naruto... Wake up..." The tom nudged the she-cat. His eyes darted all over the She-Cat's body, inspecting the wounds with the little Medicine knowledge he had. Every so often his eye would shift to the Shadowclan Warriors who were finishing off the Badger, but his eyes would soon go back to Naruto's limp body.

Naruto remained still and silent,the only sound was her jagged breathing.

Cloudfrost hissed in pain as the bager slung him off it's back,but he got up and attacked again,this time sliding under it's belly and digging in with razor sharp claws.

Sasuke stayed where he was, still trying to wake Naruto up.

Cloudfrost hissed as he was thrown back again,but he lunged forward again blindly to claw at the badger's leg. It howled in pain and swiped at him. Lunarshine intercepted it,biting down hard on it's massive paw. It growled and lumbered away angrily,leaving the cats behind.

Lunarshine padded up behind Sasuke. "Is she alright? Are you alright?"she asked softly,looking down at Naruto's motionless body.

OOC: Aren't Shadowclan cats supposed to be all... Rawr?

Sasuke shrugged. "...Hmph..." was all the young tom said.

Lunarshine looked at Sasuke. "Aren't you concerned about your friend?"she asked softly,motioning to Naruto.

Cloudfrost padded up,breathing hard. "What are you kits doing here anyways?"he growled bad-temperedly,lashing his gray tail. "Blind cats have better things to do than chase off badgers!" He stopped,noticing that there were two kits but one of them's scent was covered in blood.

Sasuke nodded to the Shadowclan She-Cat. His eyes darted from each cat, Lunarshine to Cloudfrost, Cloudfrost getting a cold glare. Naruto... Wake up so we can leave...

Cloudfrost snorted. "Well,they're not on our territory. Leave them be."he growled,stalking away.

Lunarshine stared after him before mewing softly,"You can stay here for as long as you need to."and running after her Clanmate.

Naruto opened her eyes half-way,blinking. "What happened?"she asked in a hushed voice.

Sasuke gave a sighed of relief when the Shadowclan warriors left. "Welcome back to the living, Naruto..." He muttered, straightening his back. "You were knocked out by the badger... And, some Shadowclan Warriors, who just left, took care of the badger..."

Naruto opened her eyes wider. "Sorry,"she muttered,lowering her eyes.

NO MUSE

"It's fine... Hmph..." The tom grunted, twitching his tail.

Naruto smiled sheepishly,and tried to get to her paws. She stared after the ShadowClan warriors,her eyes full of gratitude. "So,what do we do now?"she asked,turning back to face Sasuke again and trying to to wince when she saw the pool of blood on the ground. "Were you hurt?"

Sasuke glansed at the blood. "No... That's yours... I only have a gash in my back... That hasn't been bleeding since I dropped from the badger..." The tom sighed, twitching his tail.

Naruto visibly flinched and looked at his injury. "You were really brave out there,"she murmured,her eyes shining.

"... Thanks..." The silver-gray tom muttered, turning his head to lick off some of the crusted blood on his wound.

Naruto sighed and limped over to a patch of moss,where she lay down for a moment.

Sasuke continued cleaning his wound.

Naruto looked up suddenly. "Sasuke,do you miss RiverClan at all?"she asked,her voice thick with some emotion that was obscured with others.

Sasuke flicked his ears. "Not... Really... I'm glad I left... Those cats and the Warrior Code kept getting on my nerves..."

Naruto nodded. "I'm glad we left but,I miss Spiralkit and Ebonykit. And Deathkit."she added. "But I'd rather be out here with you than in the nursery with them." Oops. She hadn't meant for that to come out.

Sasuke flicked his ears at Naruto. "What do you mean by that?" He mewed, flicking his silver-gray tail at the She-Cat.

"I meant that I've had more fun out here with you than in that camp with them."Naruto said quickly. She got up and padded a little closer to Sasuke. "We've always got to stick together."she mewed,sitting down again and flicking her tail over her paws. The rain washed the blood and mud off her pelt,making it shine with a pretty silver sheen,almost like moonlight.

"Mhm..." Sasuke grunted, flicking his tail.

"What are we gonna do now?"Naruto murmured,licking one white paw and drawing it over her ear. "Do we stay here?"
