Skipping a Bit of Time Just for the Hell of It aka Talkin' to a Buddeh

ooc: okaysh, this is maybe a week or two after the thing with Sun in RiverClan
she and Blaze met a few times after that
and now we's here

bic: Shinespark. Sunflower's buddy. She thought she might visit the queen. Padding lightly into the nursery, she called, "Hello, Shinespark? You awake?"

"Oh,Sunflower!"Raindapple greeted her,padding past the nursery. "I was just bringing some fresh kill to the queens."

Shinespark was used to waking up from the suns gentle rays, but now, with only clouds it was easy to sleep in. "I am now." The queen meowed soon after Sunflower padded into the den. "Has the dawn patrol left yet?" she asked wanting to know the time. She stood up, taking a big yawn. What a fox-dung day she thought, like most days it sucked.

Sucked.

A gallant light gray, and lithe tom leaped out of the woods, a scar dripping blood from his ear. On his face was painted the brightest smile the woods had ever seen. The handsome tom (ugh) padded towards the even more gorgeous she-cat, the smile turning into a cocky grin. "Why hello there my, only true love in the world, the love of my life, Shinespark? Isn't it a fantastic day?"

bic: "Yeah, I think so." she settled by an empty nest, tearing at the moss with her claws. "Why do you ask?"

"Oh hello,Gizmo,Shinespark."Raindapple greeted them,smiling. "How is you're brother?"

"I just wanted to know the time." Shinespark meowed to Sunflower, then turned to Raindapple, "Hello Raindapple, ugly morning isn't it?" she meowed with a purrrr of laughter. Then finally turning to Gizmo, "Good morning, Gizmo, and why would it be so fantastic today?" she asked turning her head sideways slightly.

"Isn't it always an ugly morning?"Raindapple joked lightly. "Here,"she said,nudging a fat mouse towards her. "You need to eat."

"Well, I... caught a mouse! That's pretty good news, but almost all the other prey was swamped..." Gizmo murmured to himself, and then at the mention of his brother he froze a chill running down his spine. "My brother..." he whispered to himself, how could he explain his brothers treachery? What would they think of him? What would they say to him? Maybe this morning wasn't that good anywhere.

"Thank-you so very much." she meowed, going for th mouse, "Although you are too skinny, go get something then we all can talk." her tail pointing towards the fresh-kill pile oustside the nursery. "And the Clan will still be happy for the mouse you caught, Gizz." she meowed thinking, what was new... OH! The gathering, "So what do you guys think about the gathering tonight (?) ?" she asked.

Lillyflower settled Honeykit down before looking up "hello" she meowed.
Lillyflower had not gotton much sleep in Days because Honeykit was meowing all night.
