Hunt for Clarity (OPEN)

Leopardpaw slid out of the Apprentice Den and out of the ThunderClan Camp, heading towards FireClan, and the canyon that had haunted Silvercloud's vision. According to her dream, he had attacked and presumably killed two of his Clanmates, including his love Moonpaw and his mentor Silvercloud. Both were not cats he ever wanted to face in battle. And so he was heading to FireClan in search of some clarity, it seemed something was supposed to happen at the Canyon. He had not told any cat he was leaving because if they came he was afraid that Silvercloud's dream would come true...

Blossompaw checked scent to see if there was thunderclan cats nearby,she didnt scent any, it wouldnt make any harm if she hunted a little squirrel so she passed the boundary and looked for prey,then she spotted Leopardpaw and froze

Sneaking around was difficult with his spotted pelt that didn't blend very well with his unusual leopard-like pelt. Then he froze he felt eyes pricking his skin. Someone was watching him, he turned, and caught a glimpse of cream-colored tabby fur. Someone was here, scenting the air, he tasted something similar to fish, and woodland. RiverClan. He would have to halt his expedition to find this enemy cat. Giving no indication that he had found this cat, he began padding around sniffing the ground as if looking for prey.

Blossompaw padded quietly behind Leopardpaw she was a bit curious about thunderclan cat because she had never met one before so she walked silently making sure he didnt spot her

Leopardpaw stopped, something was wrong, he couldn't see the cream pelt anymore, turning his head ever so slightly, he glimpsed the light pelt. And immediately launched himself, bounding up to the cat, and pouncing with all his might, trying to knock the cat off her paws and then pin her down, claws unsheathed and eyes blazing. An enemy cat should never have been here. But wasn't he going to visit FireClan he was sort of like this cat.

Blossompaw unsheated her claws she tried not to hurt him, she just dodged his attackes " Sorry I do not wish to fight" she mumbled hoping this cat was kind-hearted enough to understand

Hitting the ground and stirring up leaves, he turned to the cat. "What are you doing in MY territory!" yowled Leopardpaw aggressively but allowing his fur to lie flat, but his claws remained unsheathed. Squaring up to the cat by padding in a circle toward the cat, showing his bigger frame and his green eyes, blazing. His ears twitched and he knew that his leg wound would definitely impair him in this fight.

"I...I dont know....it is that I hate...fish so I...though you wouldnt mind if I took a piece of fresh-kill" Blossom admited , she knew that what she had done had beeen completly mouse-brained , she didnt wish to fight not even to defend herself so she waited for a reply

"Don't they teach you enough of the warrior code in RiverClan to know that, stealing prey is wrong!?" mewed Leopardpaw, this cat wouldn't fight him he could see that, and if she didn't know much of the warrior code she probably was just a new Apprentice, and that would hardly ever be a threat. But he knew stealing prey was wrong, especially when this she-cat thought it was okay.

"im so sorry, Ill go right now" she mewed "I know it is wrong but....I couldnt help it, I hate fish so much....and at first it was an accident" she mewed, still she knew that wasnt completly the truth

"Wait! Who are you, anyway?" asked Leopardpaw getting a good look at the apprentice. She was beautiful, but she was of an enemy clan, he shook the thought from his mind focusing on forcing the cat out, his desperate plan to visit FireClan's canyon forgotten for the moment.

"Im Blossompaw, and what your name?" she mewed, the enemy apprentice was being a bit friendlier

"Leopardpaw." mewed Leopardpaw pridefully giving his chest a few cheerful licks. "I'm surprised, no one has caught you at these acts. We're you acting brave, or just plain foolish." he said with an amused purr. Sitting onto the ground. He scented the air cautiously he didn't want to be caught talking with a RiverClan apprentice, and the clan would find out he wasn't there any second.

"Well I know it was foolish but I didnt felt like telling any of my clanmates that fish sucks, they will feel offended, well nice to meet you Leopardpaw, I hope we can meet again sometime" she mewed and headed for her territory, she felt strange, this cat, even if he had started fighting with her he had been friendly then
