Spiderfang's Return

Spiderfang trotted proudly into the camp,her eyes shining. "Sorry about going all crazy on you guys,"she murmured.

"Eh... It's... No problem..." Hollowkit muttered. "Hey, Cloudpaw? You can let me down now... Your neck must be cringing from carrying me.."

Cloudpaw dropped Hollowkit to the ground. She new that they would be in deep trouble, but they had to save Spiderfang.

"There you go." she meowed as she set Hollowkit to the ground, "We are gonna be in so much trouble."

"I'll tell him the truth if he asks,"Spiderfang promised them. "This was my fault. I'll take the blame. Go play or do whatever young cats do."

Hollowkit winced as his paw touched the ground. "I need to see Ripplesong... But, she isn't here..." He mewed, tasting the air. "Maybe Featherkit can help? Eh.. I don't know.."

"Are you okay?"Spiderfang asked,concern lining her voice. "I think I know a few herbs...Head to the nursery. I'll get them for you."she ordered gently.

"Ung... Fine..." He muttered, flicking his tail. Hollowkit limped slowly over to the Nusery, tasting the air for his mother's scent. He reached it, but only when his mother bounded through.

"Hollowkit!" Her voice was inflamed with both worry, and fury. "Where have you been?" (Harry Potter moment! xD) She eyed his leg, and sighed. "What am I going to do with you? You have a Limp, when the Medicine cat is away!" She calmed herself down, and herded the Black kit into the Nursery. She glansed back, and stared at Cloudpaw. "Cloudpaw, come... I need you to tell me what happened!" She retracted her head, and dissapeared into the Nursery.

Spiderfang sighed. "I'll go rummage in the medicine den for a poppy seed,"she muttered to Cloudpaw,running into the den.

Cloudpaw followed Hollowkit into the nursery.

"Well Hollowkit and I were playing hide and seek, then Spiderfang came up. She was all grumpy and made Hollowkit made, we talked back to her. Well..... then she left. StormCloud came and took us out to the forest so we could look for her. Hollowkit twisted his ankle a couple of times, and I carried him. When we found Spiderfang Skull appeard, and the rest was confuzing. I didn't now what to do so we came back, everyone safe and sound." she meowed

Spiderfang padded into the nursery,a small leaf wrap in her jaws. She dropped it in front of Hollowkit. "Here you are,"she said kindly. "Eat one or two;no more."she pulled at the strip of bark tying the leaf up and revealed several tiny black seeds.

"What are these?" Hollowkit mewed, sniffing at the Seeds. "Bottoms up..." He lapped up to of the seeds.

"Hmm.. Hollowkit... Playing? You must be special to him or something, because Hollowkit has never played with his siblings..." Smallflower teased, twitching her tail in amusement.

Hollowkit gagged as he tried to swallow the last seed. "Special?" He asked, looking up at his mother, and Cloudpaw.

Smallflower chuckled. "Yes, dear. Special."

Stormcloud padded into the camp, head lowered. Not paying attention to the bustling the she-cat slowed her pace near Spiderfang. "You belong here ..." she reassured before heading off to her den.

Spiderfang looked up at Starmcloud as she passed. "I know that now.."she murmured. "Those are poppy seeds,Hollowkit. They'll help with the pain and make you sleep for a while."she assured the black kit.

"I guess I caught him in a good mood or something!" she chuckled

Hollowkit chuckled. "Well... I don't really know what your talking about! Me? In a good mood? Pfft!"

"Hmm then I don't know why he was so coroperative with me, I should be going I am sure Nightstar has it in for me." she meowed bring her voice lower.

Blindpaw (xD) twitched his tail. "Shouldn't we be moving to the Apprentice's den?" He asked, pricking his ears.

Smallflower sighed. "Yes, you're too big for this den anyway... Come now..." She mewed, guiding her son out of the Den. "And, Cloudpaw... I don't think my mate is going to be mad at you... Just relax..." She mewed, looking back. "You might as well come, and help Hollowpaw pick out a nest!"

"Okay I will come and help you finding a nest, if you are lucky some times you can find feather." she meowed compelety changing her tone, she was excited that finally someone was finally coming in the apperentice den with her, it was very lonely in there all by herself.
