Hunting (Open)

Icepelt crouched low in the tall grasses commonly found in WindClan territory.
Her blue eyes were fixed on a plump mouse that was going about
it's business unknowing that its death was only a few minutes away if
Icepelt made the kill successfully. She took a step forward and
prepared to pounce. The mouse looked around. It had sensed her presence
and prepared to run, but it was too late. Icepelt pounced and the mouse
was no more. She quickly buried it where she had struck it down then turned to the hunting party and meowed "Coming?"

OOC: I would post but i don't really have a thing that i can follow, you could add in something like you are on a hunting patrol and go back to it?

OOC: Of course.

Firenose nodded and mewed curtly, "Nice catch" before dropping into a hunters crouch and hissing silently, "I smell rabbit, my turn."

Icepelt watched Firenose. She had smelt the rabbit as well.

Creeping up slowly, Firenose peered through the heather, spotting a large rabbit nibbling on a seed. Wriggling his haunches, Firenose sprang with full speed at the rabbit. It quickly scrambled away, but Firenose was already gaining on it. Reaching out a claw, he hooked it before taking it down and finishing it with a swift bite to the neck. Kicking dirt over his kill, he padded proudly back to Icepelt, a gleam of triumph glowing in his hard amber eyes.

"Nice catch!" Icepelt meowed. She couldn't have done it any better herself.
