Hunting [OPEN]

Fieldpaw needed a break, he needed a break from his brother, from camp, and the medicine cat den. So the young tom chose to go out to the open land, where he could feel the wind on his pelt, and the tangy taste of blood on his mouth after a great kill. Fieldpaw was low on the ground, his shoulders back, ready to move at any second. With in seconds chasing a rabbit could go terribly wrong. He noticed a ruffle in the bush a few paw-steps away, he needed this kill, to show that cat with a blind eye could hunt just as well as the others. He slowly pawed forward almost tasting the rabbit. When he was in close enough distance he pounce. But somehow the rabbit crawled under his attack, running straight ahead. Fieldpaw was not about to loose this time. So he chased after it, his paw just touching ground he was running so fast. he couldn't ever remember having this much fun. I mean, being out all alone, with nothing but freedom, to a young guy it was heaven. When he started to get tired he pushed on, getting right under the rabbit, he unsheathed his claws show is raver sharp tools that would help him bring down this rabbit. He clawed, aiming for underneath and within seconds the rabbit was dead under his feet. Nice catch His face gleaming with excitement, he padded on burrying his rabbit.

Windstorm,the elderly queen,had come out of camp for some peace and quiet. She knew her kits would come soon,but she just wanted to enjoy the drizzly day.
