Adoption(Open I suppose)

Danai froze. How could she tell that much? Just from a glance at that!

Sen slit her eyes, and a low growl formed in her throat. She kept her maw shut, though. Danai.. If you tell her, you WILL rue this day...

The she-cat smiled slightly. "You're just a little fighter..." She purred and looked at Danai, eyes glinting. "I don't have a place to stay, and I can catch my own food, so, could I maybe stay here for a little bit?" she said, and sighed, now revealing her exhaustion. "And I just ran from another territory and it really got me beat..."

Wolfclan, by the foul smell... Sen lashed her tail, still not trusting this other She-Cat.

The she-cat looked at the kit, a little closer.

Danai sighed. "There isn't enough prey to go around. I can barely feed myself and this kit. Plus,ThunderClan needs all the prey it can get right now. There is a badger den just on the other side of the Border with RiverClan,though."

Silverpelt's eyes darkened slightly and she sagged, barely catching herself and appearently surprised by how tired she was. Shaking her head she muttered, "And I was over there before... Not very happy memories..."

Danai sighed again. "I'll let you stay until you get better. I'll be right back."he grumbled,casting a worried glance at Sen before stalking into the undergrowth. He padded up to the swollen river and stared into the muddy water,flicking in a paw with claws unsheathed and drawing out a fat fish. Well,those weren't going to run out. He swiftly caught two more and carried them back in his jaws,having only been gone a moment or two. "Here."he said,laying one at Silverpelt's paws.

Silverpelt's eyes widened. "Don't eat those!" she cried, batting them away with her paw.

Danai looked confused,and he set down the other fish. "Why not?"he wondered.

The she-cat panted. "The river has been poisoned! We can't eat those fish..." Her legs buckled and she landed with a thunk. Her eyes darkened and she starts to mutter something about revenge.

"Poisoned?!"Danai hissed,surprise lighting his eyes.

Silverpelt raised her head and nodded. "DarkClan filth dropped a body in the river... And that body... it..." The she-cat lost all composure and curled into a ball and began to sob.

"Are you alright?"Danai asked,weariness creeping into his voice.

The she-cat shook her head, embarressment flowing off of her for collapsing in front of a kit. "It's... hard, okay? I'll explain... when I'm in control... again..." she sniffed, trying to control herself.

Danai sighed. "All right."

The she-cat stood and ran off, causing the foliage to shake violently.

Danai stared after her,confusion in his eyes. "Okay?"

Sen stared at the plump fish. Wasn't that body dropped in the Riverclan lake? If so, then the fish should be fine... THe multi-colored kit bent down, opening her maw. She took one bite, and swallowed. It's safe... If it wasn't, then I'd be keeling over in pain by now... The kit took a few more bites into the fish, finishing it off quite quickly.

Danai purred at the little kit. "Sorry about that."

Sen nodded at Danai. She really didn't care.

Danai shrugged. "Come on,I suppose we should go inside."

The kit nodded, flicking her tail again. Sen followed, casting one glance towards where the She-Cat scampered off to.

Danai lay down in his den and lay his head on his paws,blinking wearily.

Silverpelt pads back into the area around the den and paces around in a circle. She hissed before running as fast as she could out of the area.
