FOX HUNTING! (Kit peoples)

A snarl and the flash of a pelt whipping past him woke Sparrowkit from his daze. "No, Otterkit!" He yowled. He leapt at the furious creature, claws unsheathed, as he clawed his way onto her back. He nipped at her ears and raked his claws through her thick fire-coloured coat. The vixen thrashed wildly under him. "Help meeeeee!" He screeched to his denmates as the fox turned her head to snap her jaws at him. She gave another violent shake which sent him careening headfirst towards the fox hole. "Otterkit!" He yowled, raking the ground with his small, thorn-sharp claws to stop himself.

"Sparrowkit!" Otterkit called, amazed. "Go and take Berrykit back to camp! Find some help too!" He darted into the fox-den without a second thought.

"But I can't leave you alone by yourself! You don't know how big the cubs are, let alone how many there are!" Sparrowkit protested. He was torn between helping Otterkit and getting Berrykit back to camp for reinforcements. He decided that the younger she-kit could manage with the others. "Otterkit, I'm not leaving!" He mewed, following him into the shadows.

Berrykit turned around and saw Otterkit and Sparrowkit attacking the fox. "No!! Otterkit! Sparrowkit!!", she yowled. She turned around, ready to attack the fox. It was all her fault. If she hadn't ran through the bush at first the fox wouldn't had noticed them. Her hind leg still hurt, but she had to help her friends. "I'll help youuuuuu!", she mewed while jumping at the fox throat. She had just turned around to snap at Sparrowkit so her throat was open. With claws unsheathed she tried to hurt the fox as badly as she could. Then she also rammed her tiny teeth into the throat of the fox. Together we'll manage to kill it!, she thought.

OOC: Add a warrior to this or not? Or are we reall going to teamwork-kill it?

OOC: If everyone that posted here before posts, we'll be able to teamwork-kill it XD

OOC: May I join in your fox hunt,or is it too late?

OOC: *shrugs* You could be part of the help that comes. Or you could hear our shouting and alert a patrol back home. It's a bit late to join now that the fox knows we're here...

OOC: Makes sense. I'll arrive with reinforcements,how does that sound?

OOC: Shurr. :DD

OOC: You guys are going to have a bunch of kits try and fight a fox? Yeah... I pretty sure misser Sparrow over there would have been dead.

OOC: Pssht. 'Prolly though. XD

OOC: *dies* Better now? xD

OOC: Waterstorm shall come and save the day? Along with Mosseh? They're like a killing machine... nomnomnom... not really, but they can fight the fox off, probably...

OOC: Skydapple can come! I need a chance to RP her and I haven't really had one yet.

Bramblekit ran around the fox, trying to confuse it, destract it and make it dizzy. He dodged most of the swipes the fox aimed at him, but one of the fox's claws skimmed over his skin, peircing the skin along one of his shoulders but not to deep. Bramblekit yoweled in pain but kept running around the fox.

Sparrowkit felt the darkness squeeze him. He felt like stalked prey, and knew he'd been lucky to escape the mother fox. But would he be so lucky with its cubs?

A yowl of pain made his eyes widen in horror. Bramblekit! He lost all traces of Otterkit's scent. StarClan guide him! The tom-kit struggled to scramble out of the fox den, reaching the top. "Go that way!" He urged Bramblekit as he swerved the other way, the fox managing to rake a tooth on his ear, splashing blood to the ground. He winced but kept dodging.

Fawnkit and Featherkit leaped out of the bushes. "We thought we heard-" Fawnkit gasped and Featherkit screesched and shivered.
"Bramblekit!" the two sisters cried, fearing for their brother.

Otterkit gave a yowl of allarm as he felt a nip on his paw. His eyes agusted to the darkness and he cold see two small red shapes. They whre so young... As he got closer, he realized that they where bigger than him, but they where a lot younger. They squirmed and yipped aty him, and he figured they just wanted to play. He couldn't hurt them, even if he wanted to.

"Get help!" Sparrowkit cried as the fox took another swipe. This time, it bowled him over, and he kicked up a cloud of dust, blinding him and the fox temporarily. He scrambled blindly up a tree, fear lending him strength. He spluttered, the dust parching his throat. "Fawnkit! Featherkit! Go get help!" He managed to choke out.

Bramblekit ran under the foxes belly and clawed it for all he was worth. He ran out again before the fox could do any damage. He yowled in triumph and started to run away, but then he ran into the fox cubs. "Yarh!" he mewed in a small voice in suprise as he saw them. He dodged around them but didn't hurt them. He couldn't hurt such small little creatures, foxes or not, bigger than him or not. He ran back into the den with the other kits, gritting his teeth at the pain from his shoulder wound.

OOC: They are underground ya know Shwifteh. In a den. Not just sitting in the middle of a field.

Otterkit wriggled his way back out of the den, then turned to look at the fox. He noticed how bruised, battered and bloddy (aliteration! *dances*) they all were. This is all my fault! He thought, disparingly. He gave an angry yowl and lept streight at the vixen's face, ignoring the pain that inflicted him when she raked her claws down his side and bit his muzzle. He began to scratch at her, until the animal sucseeded in throwing him against a tree.

OOC: I'll edit it then

Bramblekit watched Otterkit perform his move. "Let's all go out at once to try confuse the fox! Then we can all attack at once," Bramblekit mewed to the others.

Berrykit, being one of the youngest, shook with fear. But she did as she was told and ran around somewhere to confuse the fox.

OOC: No muse after all.

A flash of sun seemed to glimmer as it crashed hard into the red furred fox. The fox stumbled to the side as it seemed to be in pain, deeply angered. Shaking it's head furiously, the fox swung it's head to the side where the golden blast had battered it.
Goldenstorm growled deeply at the beast as he took his stance. His eyes flickered with anger furiously as his claws dug deep into the earth.
The fox showed it's fangs and took a minute to measure up it's opponent. In little more than a heartbeat, the fox lunged at the tom.
Goldenstorm darted to the side and leaped for the fox's leg.
The fox let out a quick cry as the WindClan warrior dug into it's flesh.
The goldenfurred cat climbed up and dug it's claws harshly into it's back as he made his way for it's neck.
