Tourny Time! (Open...I guess)

can we get back to the fight?

"You're a bit jumpy, huh?", Liontail mewed. Then he vanished. He had run as fast as he could and was suddenly behin Vixenstep and aimed a blow at here hind leg.

Vixenstep jumped, feeling fur brush her haunches as she leaped forwards to escape his attack. Then she turned sharply, running in a circle around Liontail. "Not as jumpy as you are!"she joked, rushing at his left side to try and ram him with her shoulder.

Liontail turned and put his tail over Vixenstep's eyes. She would see nothing for the next blink of a moment, because his tail was so fluffy. He used this moment to claw her hindleg.

Vixenstep was momentarily blinded, and she felt Liontail batter her hindlegs while she tried to escape, lashing out with both front paws and standing on her hind legs.

Vixenstep's height as she stood on her hindlegs surprised Liontail, so he rolled to the side and came to his paws, waiting for her next attack.

Vixenstep fell to all four paws and aimed a blow at his ear.

Liontail ducked down and aimed at Vixensteps belly.

Vixenstep jumped up, twisting in the air to try and land on Liontail's shoulders.

Goldenstorm looked on, his mind beginning to wonder, he was actually getting quite bored.

Liontail looked around for Vixenstep, but then he felt her weight on his back. He tried to roll around and shook her off, knocking her with his hindlegs and batting with his front paws.

Vixenstep felt her balance slipping, and batted desperately at Liontail's neck with sheathed claws before leaping off, panting. He's stronger than me,but I'm faster than him...she thought, narrowing her eyes in thought.

Goldenstorm swivled his head back to the battle, it looked like Vixenstep might loose. Please loose, just give up... he thought desperately. He didn't want to fight the pretty she-cat before him. If he won, he'd look like a complete jerk. If he lost, he'd look like a wimpy loser. It was a lose-lose situation.

Mintleaf padded back into the clearing with a skinny rabbit in her jaws. She dropped it and sat next to Goldenstorm, twitching her ears. She sighed and tried to pick back up on the battle.

"I think Vixenstep is going to loose." Goldenstorm whispered without looking away from the battle.

Liontail hissed. I've no more strength left. I need to end this now..., he thought. Then he darted over to Vixenstep jumped an enormous distance and landed hard on her neck. Since he was bigger and heavier he was eager to know how she would react. He bit in her neck fur and pinned her down.

Goldenstorm jumped onto this paws in surprise as Liontail jumped on Vixenstep's neck and placed his jaws around her throat. He's going to kill her! he wailed silently.

Mintleaf sighed, "Gosh overreact much?" She shook her head and licked one of her paws, totally at ease.

Vixenstep hissed, eyes gleaming. "If I was this much of a push-over, I'd be dead,"she growled, gathering strength in her back legs and forepaws. Then, she exploded upwards, pushing into Liontail's belly and chest with all four paws.

Liontail felt the air escape his lungs as he with hit by Vixenstep. He fell to the ground, pain flooded in and he blacked out for a moment. Then he tried to came to his paws again, but failed. He crouched to Vixenstep and with his last strength he bit on her tail.

Goldenstorm glanced over at Mintleaf, feeling like an idiot. He sat down, seeing that Vixenstep was completely fine. He felt a surge of relief cool all of his fur like a wave laps over the bank of the sea. She was safe, but if Liontail lost, he might have to fight her.

ooc: yeah goldie, don't care about poor half-dead liontail, most important vixenstep's not hurt. xD :(

Vixenstep lashed her tail, which was restricted by Liontail's maw. She gently placed her paw on his forehead to hold him in place before smacking him with her other paw with enough force to probably stun him for a few moments.
