Tourny Time! (Open...I guess)

Goldenstorm took on Mintleaf's weight, his knees barely buckling. He reared onto his back legs, falling onto his back.(thanks naru!) He jumped back up to see if Mintleaf was on the ground.

Mintleaf was squished to the ground but she wouldn't let that stop her. She twisted around and kicked at Goldenstorm's head as he looked back at her.

OOC:LOL No prob. I prolly should copywrite that move, tho. XD

Goldenstorm felt a blinding pain rush through his head as he fell to the ground. He lay there, in pain, waiting for Mintleaf.



DON'T I NEEDS THE AWESOMENESS MOVES U COME UP WIT!

Mintleaf felt the energy starting to evaporate and the shivering starting. She sniffed Goldenstorm meowing, "You okay?"

Goldenstorm took the oppertunity, his eyes hurt a bit and his lip cut, bleeding a bit, but he wouldn't let that slow him down. He lunged forward, twisting in the air in a spiral, it should land a hard blow.

Mintleaf's energy was almost drained but she wouldn't fall for the same trick she had pulled on Vixenstep. She sidestepped him and then when he was close she rammed into him with all her might.

Goldenstorm was knocked on the ground. His chest heaving. I won't loose this. he told himself firmly. He pounced onto his paws, waiting for Mintleaf, he had a new idea.

"Mintleaf!", Liontail yowled. "You can beat him! I believe in Harvey Dent ... um you!"


OOC: This joke had to be there ^^

Mintleaf took a deep breath then dashed forward. When she was about a tail legnth away she tucked herself into a ball and rolled towards Goldenstorm.

Goldenstorm dogded it, leaping to the other side of the clearing. He stood there and waited.

Mintleaf stood up and shook the debris off her pelt. She huffed as she quickly caught on to what Goldenstorm was doing. He was going to wait and let her tire herself out. She smiled and thought to herself Not if he doesn't seen me coming. She started to whip up another cloud of debris, sand, and snow into the air. She had already done this to Mosspaw but she had been rather careless last time. When it was thick enough she started to stalk ever so silently towards Goldenstorm. On her was she saw a rock and she picked it up in her jaws. She threw it around the area behind Goldenstorm so maybe he would think she was coming from that direction. Instead she crept nearer and nearer to him from the front. When she was close enough she launched at him, aiming to pin him down for good.

Goldenstorm saw the dust storm, just as before. He crouched down into a ball, his belly laying still on the clearing floor.

Mintleaf didn't soar past Goldenstorm, that was for sure. She had been aiming to jump near his chest but since he laid down she was going sort of for his head. So she streched her forelegs out where she would, hopefully, fly right into his face.

Goldenstorm's face was in his paws, to avoid dirt in his eyes. He felt Mintleaf's forepaws on his head and he stood up and charged. He wanted to knock her down, then he'd work on that.

Mintleaf was thrown backwards. She skidded across the ground but quickly flipped back onto her paws. She ran forward and tried to trip him with her paws.

Goldenstorm stood perfectly still, slightly crouched so he wouldn't loose his balance. He lunged forward at the last second, trying to knock Mintleaf down again.

When Goldenstorm lunged Mintleaf spread her body out to help lower it from his lunging range. When he was over her she popped up aiming to knock him aside.

Goldenstorm flipped in the air, landing neatly on his paws. Blood was still dripping out of his lip. He waited for Mintleaf to attack him.

OOC: MY COMP BLEW UP SORRY

IC: Mintleaf dashed forward in a zigzag pattern. About a tail-length away she jumped up, twisted, and aimed to land on Goldenstorm's back.
